Our service department carries out quality repairs to most makes and types of appliances. Repairs are usually carried out in the home although we have fully equipped workshops and test facilities at our showroom for more major repairs. Repairs carry a 12 month warranty on most spare parts fitted.

To underline our commitment to a quality service we have been a member of the Domestic Appliance Service Association (DASA) since 1988.

With DASA, we work to promote quality in all aspects of our business whilst maintaining a friendly local independent service.

We also provide extended warranties backed by DASA for our customers' peace of mind.
