  • Return/Cancellation

    Online purchases
    If you have purchased a product online, you have the right to return your product within 14 days of delivery/receipt of the goods. Your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification, such as a door change or items made bespoke. Any business to business transaction is excluded from the cancellation and returns terms. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them until collection is arranged. A full refund will only be issued once the un-used & un-installed product, with the original packaging, is returned to us and inspected. You will not be reimbursed for any initial delivery or installation charges. A collection fee for the cost of returning the goods will apply. The fee will vary based on the type/size of the appliance

    In-store purchases
    If you have purchased your product in store, you will need to contact us regarding the store return and cancellation policy. 
  • Damages

    Any visible damage should be reported to us immediately on or after delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, please do not install or use the product. If you use the product, then this will be deemed as acceptance of the goods and therefore not refundable or exchangeable. Therefore, it is imperative that you contact us straight away and do not use or install the item. If an item is damaged on delivery it needs to be returned with its original packaging.
  • Faulty Goods

    Claims regarding faulty goods will be subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty but this does not affect your statutory rights. If your product appears not to be functioning correctly, please first check the manufacturer's instruction book and follow the fault-finding guide. If a product has been installed the manufacturer will need to send a service engineer to inspect the appliance to establish the nature of the fault. Please remember the manufacturer reserves the right to charge for the service call if the appliance is found not to be faulty or not installed as per manufacturer installation instructions.
